Our Background

Established in 2014, transforming healthcare across South Sudan

About Healthcare Foundation Organization (HFO)

Health Foundation was established in 2014 and registered in 2015 with Relief Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) Republic of South Sudan as a non-governmental, nonprofit National Organization (NNGO).

Our aim is to improve and advance healthcare in South Sudan and its regions to create a healthier population, especially for children and mothers, supported by high-quality healthcare that can be equitably accessed by all people.

Through research, policy analysis, and front-line healthcare delivery, we work to understand what creates positive change in healthcare systems. We connect practical experience with policy development to create lasting improvements in South Sudan's healthcare landscape.
